Pros

A very people friendly employer, at least when I was there (I heard some reports to the contrary later). Treats associates fairly, with a lot of respect.

Cons

Associates of different BUs get paid differently, which can be a sore point. Benefits across the world are not always equal, which means employees in some geographies get more than the rest.
