gOOD PEOPLE. Cool potential for future growth. There is the possibility for really great future growth and a strong leadership position in emerging categories

Unclear future. too much change. In the last year every single person in my reporting chain has changed.

Good company--but management needs to focus

Pros

Good pay, excellent cash compensation package, many diverse learning opportunities, cool in house tools and innovative serivces, opportunities for growth. Opportunities for training in-house. Good bonus program, Employee Stock Purchase program is very good.

Cons

Musical management, changing organizational priorities with no apparent goal. Long hours. Large portions of the company are permantly capped at maximum PTO with no way to earn more (inadequate time off). Lack of coherent information from management about divested business units. There are a lot of employees who are unsure whether they will have a job once their business unit is divested...and what the timeline for divestitures are, for that matter.
