The people you work is the only reason to work here. Most of the "Worker Bees" are talented a prodcutive

Cons

terrible communications; east coast vs west coast mentality hobbles this company. No standards are ever enforced and no "one" is in charge. IT groups are all independent Fiefdoms that do there own thing.
