No upward growth or challenging work. No product diversity; not a growth company. Work is second to all the benefits... It was hard to accomplish a task with staff going to gym; flex schedule; time off...etc. Lots of politics. Legal group was a black hole and hard to work with. They feel like they are above everyone else. Although there was no formal work from home policy, the HR team always seemed to be working from home and never in the office. Frustrating for others who desired a regular work from home schedule. Never felt like the work was important or was needed.

Everything. Zero empowerment to the point where the CEO decides who goes to conferences. All focus is internal end fighting, and everyone plays the blame game. No want wants to innovate because its not worth sticking your neck out. Its so bad that management does not even allow Q&A at all hands meetings. Zero risk tolerance and mistakes gets you fired. So no one takes chances. Saw the wrong people get promoted and the good people fired. No upward mobility. Most people are just calling it in.
