      Pros

      Although I’ve only been here a short time, my experience has been incredibly positive. From the very beginning, I’ve felt warmly welcomed by everyone, both within and outside my team. The support I’ve received has been outstanding—everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful and genuinely invested in my success. The collaborative spirit here is truly remarkable; the team comes together seamlessly, creating an environment where judgment is replaced with encouragement and understanding. The flexibility to manage my own schedule, as long as the work gets done, is something I deeply appreciate. I’m especially grateful for the management team, whose thoughtfulness, consideration, and guidance have made a meaningful impact on my journey so far.

      Cons

      Although necessary, sometimes, there are a lot of meetings that make it challenging to complete projects.

      Working at Verisk has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The management team is supportive, transparent and genuinely invested in employees' professional development. Collaboration is seamless thanks to a well-organized, knowledgable and friendly team. The ability to work remotely has been a game-changer, offering flexibility without sacrificing productivity or team connection. Verisk provides all the tools and resources needed to excel in a remote environment while still fostering a strong sense of community and collaboration.

      Stable industry with great work life balance

      Pros

      Work life balance has been very solid in my experience, and one reason I have enjoyed working here for so long. There is a very healthy amount of PTO / Holidays. I've never been shamed or felt bad for requesting time off, even short notice. If you are performing well and staying on top of your work, time off is very flexible. It is also a fairly stable work environment and industry. I don't ever fear I'll wake up and not have a job anymore.

      Cons

      Internal promotions and salary growth can be a bit cumbersome to achieve in some areas.
