      Pros

      I have completed one year at Verisk (ISO), and it has been a great journey of learning and growth. The work environment is very transparent, and if you are hardworking and bring new ideas, the manager is always willing to listen. The team is highly supportive, and the company recognizes and appreciates your efforts for any good work you contribute.

      Cons

      The medical insurance is average and could be enhanced to offer better benefits for employees. Additionally, providing a higher allowance for technical and non-technical training would be beneficial. Apart from these, I don’t see any other cons.

      I am impressed with Verisk and the interview process

      Pros

      Great communication and follow up after every interview. Several interviews but I consider that a good thing that helped me get to know the team and understand the role and I always felt Verisk valued my time.

      Cons

      Insurance starts day 1 but can take a week or longer to be active in the providers systems.

      Nicest, most dedicated people

      Pros

      Hardworking, pleasant employees treat you like family. We help and support each other. Company goes out of it's way to be compliant and fair. They often solicit employee opinions and do act on them. We now have 2 wellness days off a year in addition to holidays and PTO. Most jobs are hybrid working while some are completely remote. They have good insurance options.

      Cons

      I've been here 2 years and have nothing to add to the Cons section. Never been happier.
