      Pros

      Benefits (401K match, paying for a majority of gym memberships, etc), pay is competitive, lots of team building and fun activities for employees to interact, good work life balance for the most part. There are a lot of employees who stay for a long time at the company.

      - The company offers excellent benefits. - If the company did well we received 2-5% raises along with bonuses annually. - There are some great people to work with.

      I don't have any cons. The management group I was a part of worked well with each other.
