Cons

Some leaders do not effectively lead and hold you accountable for things they did not tell you. When confronted they say, I thought I told you. But it is too late to change the review.

Decent, but their advancements and time frames are horrible

- Work from home offered - Benefits are good (when you get them finally) - Bonus program - No micromanagement

Cons

- Contractor to hire time is way to varied and you never get a clear answer - Advancement and promotions are stagnated despite the clear pictures they present you - Pay could be higher for the range of products you need to support - Customer base is very rough to deal with at times
