      Company has changed so much in the last 3-4 years (it's much worse)

      Pros

      Somewhat stable and RIF's are not frequent Great employees at the team level

      Cons

      C level and VP level are disconnected. They focus on their appearance more than their employees. Very little transparency. Culture used to be very friendly and relaxed. Not any more. HR is very impersonal and disconnected from employee challenges. They rarely interact with employees.

      Pros

      It used to be a decent company and it still has a good name (though not sure for how much longer), so it can be a good stepping stone into other opportunities.

      Cons

      It's a toxic environment that lacks vision and focuses only on squeezing the margins to get a better stock price.
