Flexible schedule and I could work from home.

Cons

Salary wasn't great, and after a year, they offered me a 1,000 dollar raise, which I thought was pretty low considering the starting pay was 40k.

There is a lot of talk about how much the people (employees) matter, yet several of my colleagues are being laid off this month right before the holidays.
