Some great people to work with

Cons

Veristat has a very difficult time obtaining or winning new projects. Veristat often loses projects as well. In return the company performs layoffs very often while telling employees new projects are coming. Turnover rate is very high. Company is struggling to stay afloat.

Pros

If you are lucky you end up with nice people in your team who care about each other and then you'll be able to struggle all together instead of on your own. Some projects have inexperienced managers with bossy demanding attitude.

Cons

Chaotic organization. They don't value people. Extremely high turnaround. Very poor quality projects. Non-existent systems. Non-existent processes. No clear responsibilities amongst various roles. Very poor communication. Long working hours and in comparison very low pay.

- Flexible schedule - Remote work - There’s a 5 word minimum so here they are

Cons

- Selfish and frankly lazy executive leadership since the acquisition - Meager raises and bonuses for two years running now - CEO misrepresents the financial state of the CRO industry to employees to hide the company’s own financial mismanagement - once a great place to work, but recent changes to leadership have sunken that ship - impossibly unprofessional external communication strategies - poor client retention due to quality issues - two rounds of layoffs in 2 years, followed by mass exodus of all the most talented
