Pros

I am amazed at the growth and changes that I've seen since I started, the company is nearly doubled in size since I've joined. My biggest reasons for staying are that I get to work with amazingly smart individuals, my boss has been an incredible support system, I get to contribute & provide ideas for change (and they get listened to) and lastly, I really have a work/life balance, which isn't always the case with working at CROs. We work hard, but we play too!

Cons

We are a team based organization, so if you prefer to work alone, this may not be the best fit for you. We are very collaborative and support one another.
