- Flexible schedule - Remote work - There’s a 5 word minimum so here they are

Cons

- Selfish and frankly lazy executive leadership since the acquisition - Meager raises and bonuses for two years running now - CEO misrepresents the financial state of the CRO industry to employees to hide the company’s own financial mismanagement - once a great place to work, but recent changes to leadership have sunken that ship - impossibly unprofessional external communication strategies - poor client retention due to quality issues - two rounds of layoffs in 2 years, followed by mass exodus of all the most talented

while hiring new employees, they are not doing proper background checking, due to this issue we end-up with hiring non experience employees to the company

Before Veristat, I never quite felt like I found the right role or company for myself . I love being a part of such a collaborative organization that does an excellent job of growing and expanding while maintaining the small company culture that is so important to me. I am part of a team that I feel truly has my back, and I look forward to growing my career here.
