Flexible schedule, willing to work around school hours and personal/family emergencies. Full-time and part-time available, benefits for full-time and guaranteed hours.

Cons

Weird inner-office social dynamics. Hierarchy and people in positions of power based on outside-office social connectivity, rather than professional demeanor and know-how.

Pros

- Love the people that work here, they are passionate about what we do and everyone is kind, helpful and genuine. - Great benefits after 90 days, and double the vacation time after 1 year! - Owners are good, honest, trustworthy men that provide great leadership. - The work we do is very important and that makes you feel good about yourself everyday, plus Managers, HR, and other Executives make sure to recognize and show appreciation to people on a regular basis.

Cons

- Wish benefits started sooner than 90 days! - Feels like we could "run" faster if we could hire more people! - Wish we were all in one building in the SJ location

Pros

The company policies promote a positive atmosphere and regular feedback, so you know if and how to improve. There are many new positions that are offered internally. The work has a good purpose, so you can be proud of what you do.

Cons

As the company grows, it may sometimes be short-handed or with some staff not quite fully trained. The work is unique, so it takes quite a bit of training. On the whole, though, there is a constant effort to make the necessary adjustments.
