Product serves a crucial need - leadership needs to be examined - should be sanctioned

Pros

Product helps industries meet a requirement to hire employees who have been vetted and are not a danger to others who work with them

Cons

The leaders at Verisys should be sanctioned for there inability to manage. Young employees are coming in and being subjected to a work environment that is toxic and not a good reflection on companies who are training up a new generation of leaders.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Since you originally posted this review the company has reviewed our management structure. We have divided departments into smaller teams. We sought out input from our frontline staff and have established norms, benchmarks, and incentive programs. Your feedback was valuable and appreciated.

Good benefits offered, for which the company pays the majority of premium cost.

Cons

There are some very large, conflicting egos at the Chief executive level
