Pros

The people working there are great to work with.

Cons

Most of the code base is asp.net written in vb.net. Too many manual processes in relation to code pushes. No methodology is followed when it comes to development.

The team is good to work with they are all very close.

Cons

Turn over rate is high. even in development. upper management does not care about you or your career. they will not invent in you they only see you as a body.
