Pros

Given great opportunity to grow. Decent salary. I was lucky to start out with a good manager. Amazing work performed under tight deadlines. Jeans allowed every day and shorts in office in summer. Great parties.

Cons

24x7 office shop. Expected to work long hours without warning. Strange expectations on non-critical issues. No control over client requests. They will have you jump thru hoops thinking you are helping to make money when all that's being done is burning people out. They'll do just about anything to get clients money. IT data team are extremely lazy and don't esplanade anything . When they hire someone good who explains they burnout or get rid of. Office environment is VERY loud and close quarters .
