Pros

Part of the CGX stable of 70 companies which covers basically every facet of the printing industry. Good program (LDP) for entry level people and recent college grads.

Cons

There are a little bit over the top with their LDS program and tend to move people into positions where they are under qualified and their inexperience is exposed.

As part of RR Donnelley the company processes are improving

Cons

Old habits die hard and not everything has improved. The agreements with clients put all the risk and pressure on the staff and with growth that has increased which leads to continued turnover

Great experience earned but life draining

Pros

Your co-workers are great and really get through the trenches with you. You have the opportunity to work on a lot of difference projects and experience a lot of unique clients. You also learn to be thorough and efficient in your work.

Cons

This is a very stressful and low paying company in most of the careers. They have a very high turn around and don't seem to mind it. Advancement is very unlikely as there are no upward opportunities and very little lateral options once you become semi-competent in your initial line of work. You are also expected to answer your email/phone at any time, even on days off.
