Immediate team easy to work with.

Cons

Upper design managers lack knowledge and are untouchable If you make any type of complaint about them you will probably get fired.

Terrible Upper Management and Decisions

Pros

-Decent salary -Merit Increase every year -Fellow designers and coworkers are amazing people

Cons

-Upper management is in disarray and constantly shifting and changing roles -Constant 'band-aid' fixes to problems and issues. -No push-back on sales reps. -If you want to advance in the company, expect to lose any semblance of work-life balance (despite them promoting it). -Wasteful spending on equipment that doesn't get used. -They don't show their employees that they are valued.
