New CEO has a clear vision Large company with big footprint in North America Encourages development and promotion of staff from within Many employees have spent the majority of their career there

Cons

Very much a corporation with miles of red tape Outdated IT systems prevent business from modernizing quickly Still has growing pains from merger Many levels of middle management that are often disconnected from day to day work

Cons

Flat organization resulting in fewer opportunities for promotion. Introducing more roles in between may become the motivation for employees to deliver even more.
