I have been with veritiv for a long time, I enjoy what I do, my duties are diverse and I enjoy most of the people I work with

Cons

When there is a problem with management, I don't feel there is impartial representation, HR tends to side with management

Pros

Veritiv has made great strides in recent years and is a leader in the packaging industry. Great push for diversity and inclusion and ample room for growth.

Cons

No current complaints. Employees are able to take control of their own careers and there is a push to reward talented employees.

I have worked for Veritiv (xpedx, Saalfeld, & Veritiv) for over 20 years and it is a First Class Organization in every way. Management places Employee Safety and Wellbeing above everything, and lives the Veritiv Values every single day. Hard work, honesty, and Teamwork are rewarded through compensation and recognition. Cannot express how much I enjoy work for Veritiv and the Operations Team.

Cons

The last year and half has been difficult with the Pandemic and we had had to make some tough decisions, but we are a much stronger company now.
