      Pros

      Fortune 500, looks good on resume, ok benefits, opportunity for leadership positions and growth within the organization if you work hard enough

      Cons

      Poor management, doesn’t pay enough, overworked/underpaid, lots of turnover, no organizational structure, people in leadership positions can’t lead. Would recommend at all

Industry-leading solutions Global footprint Great opportunity for collaboration Well-paying Positive culture changes beginning to be seen A lot of choices available for healthcare Good leaders who care about their people CHRO advocates for employees World-class internship program People first approach during covid Overall business performance + Rising stock prices

      A lot of change encountered due to post merger optimization (to be expected).. Very poor maternity leave benefits for women and men expecting. 5 weeks only for women, No paternal leave.
