      Pros

      In IT, you can get your hands into and work with all sorts of technologies You will likely be impressed with the overall friendliness of the workforce. You will meet and work with a lot of amazing folks, no matter where in the Country you are.

      Cons

      Many power struggles with sr management since going Public There is always a very clear corporate direction, but it changes often. After 18 years in (IT and the business side) I know their systems and processes well. The complexity involved in simply fulfilling a single customer order will amaze you, and there is often frustration trying to find help. Over the past few years, the majority of top talent has been forced out by management. Finding the people who know how to help or get help could be your toughest battle. IT management seems to run the company since the merger.

      Pros

      Allows you to develop your career as much as you wish, interaction with all organizations within at all levels, good communication from senior leadership, good with employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes take too much time to take hard decisions, sometimes they look outside instead to develop the already hired talent
