      Pros

      Competitive pay, skilled managers and upper management, and always working on continuous improvement. Many changes over the last five years as the merger of Unisource and Xpedx took place with a lot of growing pains, but most of that is in the rearview mirror now as we have finally become Veritiv!!!

      Cons

      Some processes in sales are very difficult and time consuming and a fair amount of turnover in sales and upper management over the years due to merger, but most of this has quieted down and upper management is working hard to streamline the sales process to get the team out in front of clients instead of behind their desks.
