Vacation Time is pretty good, Free food (read: left overs from meetings) often, company culture was OKAY before merger, work/life balance OKAY only if you have a lower paying position

Cons

If you aren't in sales or brokerage your contributions are always looked over, very poor pay in comparison to industry standard, you have to brown nose to get any sort of promotion, you will either be way under managed over over managed..... , senior management IE an unnammed VP thinks is very funny to walk around the office and make fun of you in the loudest voice possible. You have to have thick skin to work here.

Nothing. Run as fast as you can.

Cons

No commission, which they neglect to disclose. Punished for being sick. Dishonest and manipulative leadership. Grossly underpaid for thirteen hour days. Harassed for having health issues. Was called arrogant, when I am extremely humble; slanderous. Dirty business. No bonus, even though completed program, as promised. Laid off and then sent a letter stating that I owe them money for their accounting errors, which is not surprising as there is no leadership and they are not knowledgeable or make themselves available for help. Expectations are unrealistic. I have extensive outside sales experience and my advice is to save yourself, emotionally, physically, and most importantly financially by avoiding this company AT ALL COSTS.
