      Pros

      Benefits fair, day to day employees nice to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management is disconnected and ruthless. The current strategy necessary to correct upper (mis)management is to purge the company of sales reps who have in the past six years kept the company afloat, and replace them with newbies you want to "learn" the business, all the while hoping that the customers will continue to pine for the Veritiv brand.

      Great people, nice working environment

      Cons

      No leadership direction, old regime fighting with the new regime and employees in the middle. People disappear with no communication. Sales rules the company. Those who yell the loudest get the attention at the cost of other employees.
