This is the best professional opportunity that I could have ever hoped for. I am so grateful to be apart of such amazing teams (floor and management) who truly care about you as an individual, your mental health and your wellbeing. Any and all opportunities for advancement are possible to those who apply themselves, the benefits are incredible (PTO and Health Insurance are A++), and the company continues to prove it listens and values their employees; Just this week our department celebrated Credit Appreciation, a first for the company and our department - with catered lunch, events and floor activities.

Cons

Related to the job, specifically, as opposed to the company: The work can become monotonous, almost robotic, but when you find yourself trailing or bored take the opportunity to explore a new approach. Each collector performs their job duties in a different way, so feel free to tap a team member or a manager and ask or observe how they work their portfolio, or what they may be doing different.

Pros

Make your own schedule within a strong 40 hour work week (don't plan on doing less) Customers typically want to talk to you. Great money and benefits Core employees are great at what they do.

Cons

Bit of a disconnect at times between departments due to the size of company. Processes can be tedious to get anything accomplished. Customer and item set up can be slow. Planning and follow up is crucial to getting many things done.
