Pros

Great work environment, good pay, work remotely, office centrally located, snack day, food trucks, really enjoy coming to work everyday.

Cons

Allot of change happens all the time which isnt bad however you’re never asked how you feel about it. Work hours could improve, and advancement is not available and it feels as though favoritism is a problem for those opportunities when they do open up. Vacation time/flex make up time!
