Pros

I've met some lifelong friends here. I'm not into wearing jeans but most people seem to enjoy Jeans Fridays. Although relatively basic, they do offer benefits such as health and dental insurance. Usually they offer a small annual merit increase although that is up in the air each year.

Cons

Behind the times in many ways. Sterile office, and I don't mean clean! Unwelcoming environment. Lack of support from management.
