I was optimistic about this job and company and that faded fairly quickly. There is a complete disconnect between management/senior management and the rest of the staff. There is absolutely no training provided. There is a complete lack of management involvement in daily operations. Salaried employees are only paid on a monthly basis and this wasn't communicated prior to accepting or starting work there, only after the fact, and I mean monthly - at the end of the month, so you could go over 4 weeks without receiving a paycheck during certain months. The work environment is highly negative. The benefits are terrible. I could not wait to leave. There is a lot of gossip. Complete lack of trust between management and employees. Management was checking my LinkedIn profile for updates regularly towards the end of my time there. The high turnover rate is not a surprise. This place is a complete mess. No one seems to know what is going on, ever. All the good, hardworking employees are trying to get out. Senior management is seriously awful.

I was a Senior Packaging Designer and they just randomly transferred me to Testing Engineer because some guy left. No incentives, not temporary, no hybrid role, boot on the neck type coercion. I went from a job using solid works, artioscad, making prototypes, and presentations on a remote hybrid schedule to making me follow a cookbook of instructions, doing manual labor, an 8 to 5 in person schedule, while wearing a yellow hi-vis jacket. If u actually consider working here, get it in writing that you won’t be transferred locations or departments
