Jeans on Fridays. some coworkers who have been here forever.

Cons

Where to begin? So much favoritism, micro-management, passive-aggressive middle management. If you aren't on one of the CHOSEN teams, forget about it. It will feel like you are slowly sinking into a dark depression everyday in the "open pods" as you watch person after person leave. Training on most teams is by fire.

Pros

Salary competitive but don't let that fool you. "All money ain't good money".

Cons

Horrible benefits. Healthcare extremely expensive. Unsupporting executive staff. HR extremely unprofessional and uninformed as they are an outsourced company. System challenged. Upgraded to a dinasour DOS based system recently that hindered the business. Paper distrubution company trying to be a 3PL.

I've worked at Veritiv for nearly 2 years, and I've had nothing short of a very fulfilling experience. The company, as a whole, offers great work-life balance, and my personal growth has always been encouraged. I'm very lucky to be part of a team with a very supporting boss and team members, and I have been given a very good level of exposure within the senior teams of the organization.

Cons

The recent reorganization is going to take some time to settle down within the teams, but until then, we need to stay positive and keep doing our work!
