Processes are over complex, departments are not on the same page with processes. pay is not kept up with the market.

Pros

Most of the operations staff were great as long as their titles were under a Manager or lower

Cons

You can report all of the red flags that you want to. Upper management does not care especially since they are the ones creating the red flags in the first place.

Pros

The new CEO has made some positive changes for the company’s future. Greater sense of direction with the company now.

Cons

Micromanaged with no room for advancement. Toxic management. Cussed out by manager on multiple occasions and never felt comfortable speaking to HR on the matter. Manager avoided interactions at all costs and brushed off most questions asked. Expect lots of favoritism on your team and unwarranted promotions. Assigning tasks to you that are typically given to higher paid employees, but with no additional compensation for it. Expect plenty of busy work and a general condescending demeanor from management that is condoned and conveniently overlooked by HR.
