Pros

Interesting work and not a dull moment. Get to learn a lot. Helpful culture.lots of growth opportunities. O great people to work with. Exposure to all levels.

Cons

No privacy in work environment . Too much negativity at times long hours and not enough compensation. Management does not have close communication ca with staff.

Flexible work schedule Ability to work remotely Corp office building has great amenities Fair salary, vacation, etc. Business partners were decent to work with

Opportunities/promotions are of the "good ole boy" method - most posted positions are already decided upon BEFORE they are posted Work is not fulfilling Firefighting mentality Indirect Sourcing department needs to be revamped - too much high school gossip, lying, etc. - department manager has her favorites clearly Corporate office is too uptight - Norcross office 30 minutes away has ten times the morale
