      Pros

      Before the merger xpedx management and individual contributors worked well together, got a lot done and had fun. People were nice. The environment was good, professional and people truly wanted to do a good job.

      Cons

      Post merger, the communication decreased the employee's confidence in the management and company dwindled.

      My Boss and my Boss's Boss was Awful

      My coworkers were very nice.

      Cons

      I hated this place. My boss was awful. He yelled at us for being 1 or 2 minutes late to meetings. He yelled at employees for filing overtime. We had to do site visits where we had to get up early for meetings with truck drivers and stay up working late making the routes. My boss's boss turned a blind eye to my boss. My boss got to work from home whenever he wanted, but we had to stay late nights at the office. My boss put forth terrible initiatives that he took credit for.

      We share reviews with management and take them seriously. We believe the person referenced is no longer with the company. We also have not asked our routers to do any early driver meetings since 2019, and this team has worked fully remote since 2020. With new leaders in place, we believe the work culture has improved.

      Pros

      Clifton, nj location not structured no communication within the department. Worker's are overwhelmed with overtime no help. Always short staff be careful working for Veritiv Corporation you will have regrets. I know for experience.
