The new corporate and management staff lack any professional skills and exist in the good old boy system of we take care of our own regardless of ethics or rules(cover up with lies or payoffs). I would not rate the current CEO as I don't know her. Like most I have known, they are and will always be far removed from what is the true work reality of the business

Competitive pay for the market, great coworkers who really care about doing a good job and taking care of the company.

Cons

The organization is only focused on the shareholders. They implement changes without any regard for how it will affect those in the field. Constant layoffs, no communication on the company direction or goals. Employees are treated as commodities, they say they want to retain their talent but then do the opposite.
