      Nothing I wish I had never worked here.

      Cons

      Unachievable Sales Goals, Horrible Salary, Commission plan no one can figure out, Zero warehousing if an account requires it youre told to give it to a Lansberg or Veritiv rep because we can't do that. Salesforce quota used to micromanage you, Reports... So Many Reports, Expect at minimum 2-3 internal "meetings" a week with 1-2 weekly reports along with a monthly report that they send you all the information for then ask you to put it into another format and give back to them instead of them just looking at what they sent you.

      Not what it used to be

      Pros

      Lots of great employees. Decent amount of paid time off.

      Cons

      Work life balance is awful. Unrealistic expectations. Support teams are understaffed and not properly trained. The good employees end up picking up the slack. Pay is not enough to compensate for the long hours and stress.

      Pros

      Benefits and pay were excellent. Good group of people to work with that help each other out.

      Cons

      People that got terminated in 2023 were only given accrued vacation and two weeks pay. People that had been with the company with up to 43 years of service. This is not the way to have treated hard working dedicated employees. Management then hires people for less money thinking they can do the same job. It takes years to do what we did. Then they leave after 3 years. Management doesn't think about the time it takes for someone new to learn everything and all the money they spent on training someone.
