Pros

Company compensates very well! They have great pay scales and the benefits are pretty excellent.

Cons

Upper management is highly unapproachable. Your DM is about as high as you can feel you can go with any issue. HR is very unprofessional, often playing favorites and making it known.

Pros

Tuition Reimbursement and additional benefits, 401k, health, etc.

Cons

Insecure middle management. The retail leadership development program rewards undeserving, inexperienced, arrogant recent college graduates with a fast track to middle tier leadership roles. The roles that directly impact the front line employees attitudes and motivation. Most importantly the customer experience.
