Pros

Great coworkers Positive environment good hours Good training opportunities

Cons

Too many managers Typical telecom company leadership. Outsource 200 jobs which costs more than keeping things as they are. Upper management stupid on an epic scale

Pros

Excellent benefits and bonuses, I would say top 10% of companies in the country.

Cons

Due to a bonus program, managers disregard getting staff help when timelines for projects and new technologies hit the floor. This created a high stress, long work hours environment and most on exempt salary...ie no overtime.
