Pros

They are a major player in the Telecommunications market

Cons

The culture there is antiquated. There is a "union" mindset in everything they do. No real concern for getting the job done, more concerned with not being liable for screwups!

Pros

Good Exposure to the latest technology in the industry. Good salary and bonus. Good technical training opportunity. Its a company with excellent leaning resources.

Cons

Promotions take long as its a huge company. Growth opportunity is tough as there is a log of competition. BUt if you are good at what you are doing, you have good chances to shine.
