Pros

Above average salary and benefits (401k, health, profit sharing). Good to get your career started bad for everything else.

Cons

Outsourcing, contractors, heavy vendor and adquisition driven company. Talent retention and development not at its core. Their priorities are stockholders, customers, and then employees in an ever more competitive environment for talent to drive business revenue.
