Not too demanding on face time at the office. Job responsibilities and time demands are dependent on job.

Cons

Dying industry. Enterprise and wireless sectors have too much competition. VZ has a top line project with low year over year revenue growth. Executive level changes almost every 6 months. No continuity in strategy or processes. Management worries about managing upwards. Communication is one direction, top down.
