Pros
The pay and benefits are nice, however, commission began to shrink almost by half in the last 2 years.
Cons
Micromanaging is unbelievable. Poor District Manager, inconsistency with how to run a process in a store, District Manager doesn't know how to give clear instruction or cannot actually show a team how to actually run a process and when process doesn't work the store management team is being blamed for something that not even our District manager can effectively do. Work life Balance is non existent, but they preach about it as if it were a priority for the company. Vacation is almost frowned upon Lost focus on the customer which leads to unhappy or irate customers which creates stress
