Pros

Competition from other stores, zones, and reps is tremendous and keeps you on your toes.

Cons

Starting the first day of the month and looking at your quota reset for the new month, but hey thats sales...sales is tough in general in a saturated market where it is hard to find 40-50 new customers per month and trying to get existing customers to upgrade and spend an extra 40 to 80 dollars more per month in revenue locked for 2 years.

Pros

Lots of training on systems and new devices and features. A network and phones that work and you can be confident selling. Fair in disciplinary actions and methods.

Cons

Promote a positive work/life balance but upper management discourages time off. Very little opportunity for promotions, most movement is lateral. Lots of micromanagement. Most of the hiring and placement is handled by Human Resources, without taking store chemistry and personalities int account.
