Pros

Lots of training, uniforms were pretty cool.

Cons

Managers expect you to eat, live and breathe Verizon - they even started introducing the ability for employees to use their PERSONAL social media to drive sales to the store. Horrible HR experience. Was fired for having a legitimate serious medical issue; they refused to work with me or give me a leave of absence. Managers reprimanding you for not getting grandma to add a tablet she doesn't need to her account. The sales materials preached to find the "need" for the customer based on their lifestyle but failed to take into account that purchases don't always happen just because someone fits a certain lifestyle.
