Great entry level sales position for fundamental sales practices, good benefits, easy to advance into management positions.

Cons

Consistent change (change can be good, however it is very often). In its current state, expectations are rapidly increasing with no increase of compensation, the high ups will have ridiculous expectations for things that dont particularly pay you as much as your higher paying products.
