decent pay Its a job that's about it

Cons

Open racism depending on your skin color and gender and religion and politics Retaliation and threats and mocking and bullying if your any one of those i just mentioned above. Refusal to allow you to be promoted if your one of those. Being watched under a magnifying glass if your any one of those but promoted if your the right skin color right gender right sexuality. High tense stress environment if your the wrong skin color wrong gender wrong sexuality but super relaxing and stress free if your the right skin color and gender and sexuality

- You'll never have to worry about getting hours - Good pay + Commission - You get dental & medical coverage - Great team environment/culture - Friendly competition encouraged - Career development opportunities to move up in the company - Easy to get time off as long as you plan accordingly

Cons

- You'll be dealing with repetitious customer service issues/complaints - Can be stressful at times to hit sales goals & to make good commission (usually easier at the latter half of the year/holiday season) - No option for Part-Time if you need more a more flexible schedule
