Plenty of great people who ligimitally care about serving their customers. Lots of opportunity to get your foot in the door and advance you career to mid-levels. The benefits package rewards those who lead.

Cons

Sr. Management realizes that tech evolution requires innovation. This has lead to some less than productive M&A activity, that at times has defocused core capabilities.
