      Pros

      None that I can think of. Some people report good salary and benefits but these appear to be average at best.

      Cons

      There are significant, systemic challenges with recent upper management decisions. The transition and technology integration following the Frontier acquisition have created major operational disruptions. Furthermore, replacing functional, established applications with lower-cost alternatives has negatively impacted employee productivity, as the new tools do not adequately support workflow.

      The people you work with are like a family...

      Cons

      The people you work with are like a family. Management leaves a lot to be desired, they all seem to be like part of the family until the upper management wants something then they will stab each other in the back as well as trample on everyone below them to take the credit.

      departments are very siloed, too many foreign workers on visas. departments are always getting cut, off-shored or moved
