Pros

Great benefits; 401k company match up to 6%; Good work life balance

Cons

Very little opportunity for advancement. Promotions often based on how close you are to upper management based in Atlanta. Team members were spread out over different locations and only those sitting in same location as managers receive promotions. Management leadership rotates out of their position (or are reshuffled) too frequently (managers stay less than 2 years with the team).

Pros

Generally a very laid-back, low-pressure work environment, depending on your manager and your type of work. Decent pay, yearly bonus ("short term incentive" reward) and annual pay increase. Opportunities for advancement and moving between teams and projects. Friendly people overall. Opportunity to work remote and flexible hours (dependent on manager) is a huge plus. 50% off cell phone bill for employees.

Cons

Employee culture is inconsistent and varies greatly per office location--some offices have great sense of community while in others the workers don't even speak to each other. Seems easy to get "stuck" here: over time pay keeps increasing but the job doesn't get much more interesting. Seems common for employees to stay for 20+ years (which may be considered a pro, but a con in my book). Slow to adopt new technologies. Huge company means you can fall through the cracks fairly easily. Production support 24/7 can be really draining.
