Verizon reviews

In the 6 years I have worked here the systems are the worst I've ever worked with. After spending over an hour closing a sale with a customer only 40% of the time the sale actually process and I get paid for it. Incorrect fraud reviews that get denied and systems that go down regularly or do not process properly at the customer and sales rep expense. I lose sales the far majority of the time due to these issues. Year by year these issues seem to get worse and not better. We are told to just "Roll with the punches". Customers get upset and take it out on the sales reps for the issues Verizon refuses to correct.
